Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop audit protocols for AI decision-making transparency and explainability
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in cross-functional product development cycles
- Stay ahead of emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and compliance requirements
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Author governance documentation and compliance guidelines for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Proficiency in AI audit methodologies and bias detection tools
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes in AI/ML deployments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI
