Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-level deployments
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical impact assessments
- Develop AI transparency protocols and explainability standards
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Create training materials for cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Lead incident response protocols for AI system failures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Expertise in NIST RMF, EU AI Act, and ACM Code of Ethics
- Proven experience developing bias mitigation strategies
- Strong knowledge of generative AI and autonomous systems
- Excellent stakeholder management with technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI Certificate) required
- Publication record in AI ethics or policy journals preferred
