Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech implementation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Practitioner, Google Responsible AI)
