- Establish governance protocols for third-party AI integrations and vendor assessments
- Represent the organization in industry forums on responsible AI practices
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI implementation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness assessment methodologies
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
