Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and impact measurement
- Represent the company in industry consortiums on AI ethics standards
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment and risk mitigation
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through thought leadership and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and global AI regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in AI governance or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Microsoft)
