Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI decision-making models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles in AI development lifecycle
- Advise on emerging AI regulations and compliance strategies (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI risk mitigation and transparency
- Represent the company in industry consortia on AI ethics standards
- Design training programs for responsible AI adoption across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for machine learning
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, APAC)
- Experience developing AI ethics frameworks and policy documents
- Strong background in risk assessment methodologies for autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
