Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies using proprietary Ethical Impact Modeling
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, data scientists, and external ethicists
- Develop transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes and bias mitigation strategies
- Create governance dashboards tracking ethical KPIs and societal impact metrics
- Represent Nexus Futura at international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements for AI systems
- Experience with bias auditing tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their ethical implications
