Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Develop governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory compliance strategies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Research emerging risks in generative AI deployment
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability systems
- Experience with quantum computing ethics considerations
- Strong background in bias mitigation for ML systems
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAIG, CEGAI)
