- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and compliance
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Represent company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and mitigation strategies
- Drive industry-wide initiatives for ethical AI standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Proven experience developing enterprise-level AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
