Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across product lifecycles

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in tech environments
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
