Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across product lifecycle
- Advocate for ethical considerations in C-suite technology strategy discussions
- Develop training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Represent company at global ethics summits and policy-making forums
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or responsible innovation
- Published research on algorithmic bias or machine learning ethics
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience facilitating ethics workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
