Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and limitations
- Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for complex systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy preferred
