Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI frameworks designed specifically for the 2026 data ecosystem.
- Lead research and development initiatives into Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum-Ready Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic UX/UI paradigms with backend logic.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices for high-performance computing and ethical AI.
- Predict and mitigate scalability risks for global infrastructure deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI model deployment in edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a specific focus on Transformers, Large Language Models, or Diffusion models.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and model versioning.
