Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for Artificial General Intelligence prototypes, focusing on reasoning and learning capabilities beyond current LLMs.
- Neuromorphic Engineering: Lead R&D initiatives integrating spiking neural networks (SNNs) with traditional deep learning models to optimize energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Develop frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, providing technical guidance on complex algorithmic challenges.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, anticipating trends in 2026 and beyond.
- Prototype Validation: Rigorously test and validate AI models in simulated and real-world environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
