Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of advanced AI and machine learning systems for our 2026 autonomous mobility roadmap.
- Define and implement scalable data pipelines and model training frameworks to support real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, reinforcement learning) into our core architecture.
- Ensure system robustness, security, and compliance with federal and state regulations for autonomous vehicles.
- Drive the technical strategy for the 2026 product release, including performance benchmarks and latency optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a focus on autonomous systems or robotics.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing deep learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of computer vision, sensor fusion, and path planning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
