Responsibilities
- Accurately input, manage, and update data in CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial records and inventory logs
- Generate weekly reports and analytics using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Manage digital filing systems with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements for department heads
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Communicate cross-departmentally to resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
