Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential databases with daily transactional data
- Manage electronic filing systems and ensure organized physical/digital document storage
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executive team
- Process incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and prioritize urgent matters
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire paperwork and equipment setup
- Generate routine reports using Excel and internal reporting tools
- Support departmental projects through data compilation and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience with demonstrated data entry proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% data accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
