Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99%+ accuracy across CRM and ERP systems
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized document repositories
- Coordinate office logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Support payroll processing by verifying timekeeping data and documentation
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure information integrity
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with 10-key typing certification (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
