- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general financial documentation accurately.
- Assist in organizing company events and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or government-related setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
