Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage executive calendars, book meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations to optimize time.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute minutes from meetings and compile reports as required.
- Office Support: Handle incoming mail, process invoices, and manage inventory for office supplies.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, team building activities, and client visits.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records using CRM and database software.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Software: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
