Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the team.
- Support department heads with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
