Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and phone calls with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general office duties, such as greeting visitors, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Perform data entry and ensure all records are compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Los Angeles office.
