Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource allocation.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist the management team with ad-hoc projects and special administrative projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems is preferred.
