- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies inventory, order new materials, and ensure the workspace is organized and functional.
- Data Entry & Records: Accurately update and maintain digital and physical records, filing systems, and databases.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
