Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel with a professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for both Charlotte and Georgia offices.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
