Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor relations
- Process expense reports and maintain financial documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
