Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Oversee office inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Coordinate meetings, including preparation of materials and minute-taking

Qualifications
