In this vital role, you will ensure our office remains efficient and welcoming for our clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk reception, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and perform accurate data entry.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the upcoming week.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute correspondence.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and special events as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous administrative or receptionist experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
