Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Handle email correspondence and draft responses as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, and prepare reports.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and document formatting.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming for all staff and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
