Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule Coordination: Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for the executive team during weekend hours.
- Data Entry & Filing: Accurately enter data into our CRM and manage physical and digital filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and distribute memos, letters, and reports.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic administrative tasks for weekend vendors and service providers.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the weekend workspace is organized, clean, and fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or alternating weekends) on a consistent basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
