Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, during weekend hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the weekend team.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality service support.
- Organize and file office supplies and important documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
