Responsibilities
- High-Speed Data Entry: Input, verify, and update customer and company information into our database with zero errors.
- Document Management: Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents efficiently.
- Communication Support: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails during weekend hours.
- Schedule Coordination: Maintain the weekend calendar and assist with basic scheduling tasks.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly reports and data summaries for the Monday morning team.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and minor inventory management.
- General Office Support: Perform various ad-hoc tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance or data entry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
