Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordinate complex appointments across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential documents, data entry, and maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Support event coordination and meeting preparation for executive leadership
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with weekend shift availability
