Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting arrangements, and prioritize high-priority communications
- Process confidential documents, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for senior leadership
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management and coordinate vendor relationships for weekend operations
- Assist in onboarding processes and provide cross-departmental support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
