Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for leadership team
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital documentation
- Process incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
