Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments for executive team
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with precision
- Assist with onboarding processes for weekend staff
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM-4 PM)
