- Process expense reports and weekend-specific invoices
- Support HR functions including weekend onboarding paperwork
- Order office supplies and manage inventory for weekend operations
- Prepare weekend executive summaries and priority reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Chicago driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, etc.)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
