We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations in Washington, DC. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our office and supporting senior management with high-level coordination.

Our ideal candidate is adept at multitasking and possesses a strong command of business communication tools. You will be responsible for managing the flow of information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations with exceptional accuracy.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, acting as the first point of contact for our clients and partners.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and handle general accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing mail distribution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Experience with CRM software or database management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
