Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries for executives.
- Document Management: Create, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries and escalating issues appropriately.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure database integrity.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and internal workshops, including logistics and catering.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with general office upkeep to ensure a productive environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
