Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting emails and managing phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor coordination.
- Order office supplies and maintain a welcoming, professional office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
