Responsibilities
- Execute high-accuracy data entry tasks, including inputting information into database systems and updating records.
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and arranging travel logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Support the finance team with basic data verification and expense report processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
