Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions with precision
- Compose professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Support HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, multi-line phone systems)
