Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and answer general inquiries.
- Assist with data entry and project coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
