Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries for executives.
- Communication Management: Screen and route incoming calls, respond to emails, and draft correspondence with a professional and polished tone.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, filing systems, and records, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for team meetings, client events, and company gatherings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
