Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence with precision.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Support event planning and office logistics as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy office setting.
