Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and update our customer database accurately.
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist in organizing company events and team gatherings.
- Run errands within the San Diego area as needed, including picking up supplies.
- Handle light correspondence and draft basic communications.
- Support the office manager with ad-hoc projects and daily scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or a recent high school graduate.
- Must be available to work afternoons and weekends.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office in San Diego.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
