Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compose, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Handle data entry tasks, including updating customer records and generating invoices.
- Coordinate office logistics, including ordering supplies, managing meeting rooms, and arranging catering.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
