- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal correspondence.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist in coordinating office events, team building activities, and vendor relations.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records using office software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
