Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily front-desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sensitive data into our CRM and internal databases with a high degree of precision.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for the night leadership team.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails and internal memos to ensure clear information flow.
- File Management: Organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company protocols.
- Support: Assist other departments with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Inventory: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the facility is fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
