Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, during night hours.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and prepare nightly reports for leadership review.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and secure during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office role.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
